For Full Contact the participating athletes need the following gear:

• Cleats. Soccer cleats will do. There are also special American Football cleats.

• Mouthguard. This is piece of equipment is mandatory for possible collisions. We sell these on location for € 2,50.

• Helmet and other protections. During Tryouts we have equipment available. Athletes should however purchase their own equipment if they would like to participate in games. You can find more in the Gear section about buying your own equipment.

• Trainings outfit. Practice shorts or pants, a shirt for beneath your shoulderpads.
  Game outfits (pants and gameshirt are given to you before the game)

• ​
